Questions and answers

Does AdRaze cost anything?

No. AdRaze is free, with no hidden subscriptions, no "premium" and no ads of its own.

Do you collect data about me?

No. All filtering happens locally in your browser. The counter in the menu is only stored on your own computer.

Does it work in Brave, Edge and Opera?

Yes, AdRaze works in every Chromium-based browser. In Brave you can turn off Shields if you want AdRaze to do all the blocking.

A site tells me to turn off my ad blocker. What do I do?

Open the AdRaze menu and hit the button to pause on that site. Let us know which site it was and we'll try to fix it in the next version.

Can I still sign in with Google or pay with Klarna?

Yes. AdRaze always lets sign-ins and payments through when you click them yourself, like Google, Apple, Microsoft, PayPal, Klarna, Swish and BankID.

Why is it called AdRaze?

To "raze" something means to level it to the ground. That's exactly what it does to ads.
